Harris Pattern was founded in 1985 by Kim Harris. After starting out in a small shop behind his house, Kim moved into the present 4,700 sq. ft. facility just west of Tulsa, OK. Kim is still very much involved in the hands-on management and production. Joining him in this business are his son Brad and other journeyman pattern makers. Harris Pattern has been providing quality tooling for over 25 years. We work with a broad customer base in the five state area. Our quality, service, precision tooling, and reasonable prices have allowed us to maintain a loyal customer base.
We are members of the American Foundry Society and strive to keep up with the latest technology. We are capable of building patterns in a variety of sizes, while offering a variety of materials to choose from. We use wood, metal, plastic or fiberglass to build short and long-run tooling to meet customer specifications. We are a full service pattern shop. We build new patterns, duplicate old patterns, modify existing tooling, rig and gate for foundries, and trouble-shoot tooling problems. We also help engineer new tooling that assists foundries in producing the desired product.
